want to take time to thank Karen Fleck for the EMDR treatments. I did not know what to expect in the beginning, I must say I am incredibly happy to have received the treatments and feel like the traumas that were an issue before, I now have the coping tools and skills to create the outcomes I want when triggered. I feel like I have come to peace with my childhood issues. During and after each session, I was able to gain a bit more clarity on the traumas I endured throughout my childhood and how they affect me, currently. I truly feel the emotional burden that I was carrying no longer exists within my mental or physical state. For anyone who is looking to reset their subconscious and get to a place where your past life experience no longer affects you in a way that doesn’t serve you, I strongly recommend taking the treatment. Face whatever it is you need to, face it’s the only way to reach your true potential.
